Ukraine congratulates Britain on coronation
Ukraine’s Defence Ministry released a video to congratulate Britain on King Charles’s coronation and to thank the UK for its support during the war with Russia.
“On the eve of the historic coronation, we’d like to thank our British friends for your friendship. We are grateful for your unwavering support and partnership, especially in the past year!” the ministry said on Twitter.

Prince William pledges his allegiance to his father King Charles III by kissing his right hand.
“I am William, Prince of Wales pledge my loyalty to you and faith and truth. I will bear unto you. As your liege man of life and limb, so help me God,” he said.

Anointing ceremony for Charles III under way
The archbishop of Canterbury begins the anointment ceremony by pouring a special oil from the ampulla — a gold flask — onto the Coronation Spoon.
King Charles III will then be anointed in the form of a cross.
