Miracle in Cell No. 7 (2022) [Indonesian]

The Indonesian version of the “Miracle in Cell No. 7” movie has officially released its first trailer. This trailer immediately entered the ranks of Google Trends.

The film adaptation from South Korea with the same title became one of the keywords in Google Trends Indonesia on Thursday, May 26, 2022. In the 2-minute 41-second trailer, the scene opens with Dodo, played by Vino Bastian, riding a bicycle with his baby, Kartika (Graciella Abigail).

Dodo wants to take Kartika to school. Dodo bike looks cute decorated with colorful balloons. Even though it’s only a shortcut, this trailer is enough to invite tears, because its emotional scenes that make you cry.

Bastian said he was happy the trailer for the film “Miracle In Cell No 7” was released and received a positive response. However, he hopes film fans don’t compare the original version with the one he plays.

“Since this is a remake, there will be comparisons. We have to look at the beginning of the story because the characters in each country have different character backgrounds,” Vino said in his official statement on Friday.

Besides Vino, “Miracle in Cell No 7” also stars Indro Warkop, Tora Sudiro, Graciella Abigail, Mawar De Jongh, Rigen Rakelna, Indra Jegel, and Bryan Domani. The film directed by Hanung Bramantyo will premiere on September 8, 2022.
