5 Lies About Breasts That Every Woman Has Probably Heard

I know as a lady, you must have heard the common saying that when a man caresses your breasts, they will get bigger or even sag.

The fact is every Nigerian woman that has hit puberty has most likely heard one or more myths about breasts.

Without stressing you with too much story, here are 5 of the most popular lies about breasts:

1.    Naturally breasts grow when you start having sex.

This might probably be one of the most common myths about breasts.

Here is a fun fact that having sex doesn’t trigger it to grow.

However, there is no scientific research to support this claim.

2.    Not wearing a bra will make your breasts sag

Yes, it’s a common truth that breasts can sag due to certain reasons such as weight gain or weight loss.

Doing an exercise like regular jogging may also cause it to sag.

However, not wearing a bra won’t make your breasts sag.

On the other hand, studies have revealed that the breasts actually become perkier and fuller without bras.

3.     Breasts stop growing after puberty

Several factors could affect the growth of breasts beyond puberty.

These factors could be hormonal changes, pregnancy, and weight fluctuations.

You should also know that in a woman’s lifetime, she may wear about 7 – 8 different bra sizes.

4.    Breastfeeding makes your breasts sag

It’s a common thing that many women have been told that if they breastfeed, there is a tendency that their breasts will sag.

This claim is actually untrue so you can take sagging breasts off the side effects of breastfeeding.

5.    Wearing a Bra regularly can cause breast cancer

According to the American Cancer Society, this is not true, and that there is no direct causal link between cancer and bras.

So tell us in the comment section who else was told that if a man presses a woman’s breast, it would become bigger.
