On Saturday Night December 19, report confirmed that popular Cubana night club located in Ikeja Lagos and other facilities have been sealed off by the Lagos State Safety Commission.
This was in line with the new COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Lagos State Government.
Recall that on Friday, December 18, Sanwo Olu who is the Governor of Lagos State placed a restriction on Concerts, street parties including nightclubs in a bid to curb the second wave of COVID-19 in the state.
On the night of Saturday, a team from the Lagos State Safety Commission controlled by the Lagos Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu invaded the Ikeja GRA facility reported to be that of the Cubana grills and closed the facility for any upcoming event despite the ban on night clubs.
