Film Producer Caged For Producing And Circulating Porn Videos

A Zambian porn film producer is facing lengthy jail terms after filming a video which went viral on social media where he filmed an unconscious woman while fondling her private parts and inviting other men to join in the raping.

Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo has told the public in statement that, “ Police in Petauke have charged Rodgers Mwanza, 28 (and not 38 as earlier communicated) of Petauke with Indecent Assault on female contrary to section 137 and production and circulation of Obscene material contrary to section 177 (a) of the penal code chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.”

She added that indecent Assault carries a sentence of 14 years while production and circulation of Obscene Material is five years imprisonment with hard labour.

She said Mwanza is scheduled to appear in court soon.
