Forbes List: Jay Z, Diddy and Kendrick Lamar Tops List Of Highest-Earning Hip Hop Acts 2018

Music business moguls once again dominated as Forbes unveiled its list for The World’s Highest-Paid Hip-Hop Acts 2018.

This year, RocNation boss, JAY-Z hold’s the No. 1 spot with a whopping $76.5 million, edging past last year’s No. 1, Sean “Diddy” Combs, who takes the No. 2 spot earning $64 million.

Kendrick Lamar came next, earning his career-best with an impressive $58 million, thanks largely to his endorsement deals with Nike and American Express and his sold-out dates on the TDE: Championship Tour

Drake perched at No. 4 with $47 million and J. Cole has the 5th position with $35.5 million.

Aftermath Records boss and producer Dr. Dre with Nas tie at No. 6 with $35 million each, making this the first time the godson has made the list since his debut album Illmatic in 1994.

Elsewhere on the list, DJ Khaled lands at No. 11 with $27 million, Travis Scott at No. 15 with $21 million, Lil Uzi Vert at No. 17 with $19.5 million and Logic at No. 19 with $17 million.

Russ, Swizz Beatz and Meek Mill are tied at No. 20 with $15 million.
