AMVCA 2018: Check Out Full List of AMVCA 2018 Winners – The 6th annual Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards holding at the Eko Hotel and Suites on Victoria Island, Lagos, has begun with a red carpet that kicked off at exactly 4PM (Nigerian Time).

Top 3 Nigerian High School WEB/TV Series You Should Watch

This is a list of the most popular Nigerian High Web/Tv series. Some on this list have ended while some are still airing but that is not the case here, the reason we are featuring this is for Nigerians who still believe Nollywood movies are poor, trust us the web/tv shows seem to be better you should check some out. 1. BEST FRIENDS IN THE WORLD ( BY NEPTUNE STUDIOS)

Best Friends in the World is a youth-oriented web series about friendship, growing up, and love.

The series has been a success during its travel up to third term( three seasons) and is just one of the most youth-oriented web series on Youtube. The Series follows Olive, whose arrival in a new school threatens a preppy, and popular student and, she takes countermeasures- but at what cost?
The Series stars Inemesit Alfred, Wisdom Esin, Jeiel Damina, Emmanuel Esiet and Emanuella Nwaneto as lead casts. It was directed by Jemima Damina.

2. LIKE FILTERED WATER (By BN MEDIA Film Academy)

Discussing sexual molestation and bullying and educating teenagers on the proper ways to handle it can be tricky; it can become a dragging conversation. Sometimes, it’s easier to show rather than tell. And that is what the ongoing Nigerian high school miniseries, Like Filtered Water has done.

The 9 episode TV and web miniseries boasts of steering performances by young lead characters, Perpetua Obianuju Ukachukwu and Desmond Obidiaso.
It was written by Chinua Ofodile, and Matthew Maryann and was directed by Benneth Nwankwo.

3. MOSTLY STRAIGHT (By Awakening films)

Sexuality, friendship and love are the key subjects addressed in the Ivan Imoka’s directed web miniseries.

The series stars Henry Chukz, Johnpaul Gosioha, Kimbel Simeon, Ivan Imoka, Jessica Ndigwe, Shawn Foster, Anyaene Nkiru, Angela Udewulu, Oscar Udeoji and many more.

It was produced by Henry Chukz, Ivan Imoka, and was written by Obasi Nnamdi.

Singer, Tekno recently gave a hint that he is set to release an EP. The singer did this on Twitter with a tweet about his next project coming in form of an EP.

Tekno was expected to release his debut album which he announced the title to be Teenage Dreams, sometime last year but it appears the plans to release an album has been reversed for his forthcoming EP to be released.
