Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino will appear as both host and musical guest on Saturday Night Live May 5, the show announced tonight. This marks the first time the artist will appear on the show in either capacity.
SNL announced the big news tonight during their show featuring John Mulaney and musical guest Jack White. Glover also joins a limited list of people who have both hosted and performed on the show during the same episode in the past. Previously, Drake, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake and Ariana Grande have done double duties on the show
