League action returns over the Easter weekend after a one-week break due to the last international fixtures before the end of the season.
Crystal Palace vs. Liverpool

Crystal Palace could favour pulling another shocker on Liverpool at Selhurst Park in their bid to further pull clear off the relegation zone. The Eagles are 16th on the table, two points above the drop zone, and should have their hands filled against the rampaging Reds.
That could prove to be a tough ask for Roy Hodgson’s team with no reported injury after the international break from the Liverpool camp. We foresee an interesting start to the weekend and given the form of Wilfried Zaha, just anything, we mean anything can happen.

Brighton and Hove vs. Leicester City

Brighton and Hove are on the verge of taking a step closer towards safety – the 40 point mark—when they host Leicester City at home. It hasn’t particularly been a great run for the Foxes in recent weeks, with numerous draws, while Brighton on the other hand have won three in their last five.
It should be a great game just after the international break, but given the experience of Leicester City, we see them earning a second successive away win.
Prediction: 1-2
Manchester United vs. Swansea City

Manchester United should have no problems consolidating second-place when they welcome Swansea City to Old Trafford.
The Swans have tremendously improved since the appointment of Carlos Carvalhal in the New Year, losing just once, a heavy thumping at Brighton and Hove.
However, facing Manchester United is a different ball game. The impressive form of Romelu Lukaku and the resurgence of Paul Pogba over the international break with France could mean Manchester United are too hot-to-handle for a Jordan Ayew less Swansea City.

Newcastle United vs. Huddersfield Town

Newcastle United are clear favourites against a Huddersfield Town who have failed to score a Premier League goal in 270-minutes of action. The Magpies have recently turned on the style at Saint James’ Park and are poised for a third successive home win against a struggling Huddersfield clearly lacking in confidence.
Prediction: 2-0
Watford vs. Bournemouth

Two teams with an identical form guide, level on points meet at the Vicarage Road Stadium in what has the potential to be the highest scoring game of the round.
Watford were on the receiving end of a heavy defeat at Liverpool and should be desperate to take fully advantage of their home advantage. However, the Hornets have conceded eight goals without a response in successive league games, away at Liverpool and Arsenal. They should get on the scoresheet in this game, but not claim maximum points for a third successive outing.

West Brom vs. Burnley

Bottom club West Brom could make an earlier than expected return to the Championship with another routine league loss to Burnley. The Baggies are on a disastrous seven-game losing streak, and risk extending that against Burnley.
The Clarets were almost flawless away to West Ham in the last round of matches and should be favourites to make it three-in-three with a win at the Hawthorns.

West Ham vs. Southampton

Mark Hughes gets his Saints Premier League managerial baptism in a crucial relegation battle involving West Ham and Southampton at the London Stadium.
The two sides have endured a miserable season judging by the quality of their individual squads. While Hughes got a debut win in the FA Cup, he shouldn’t expect to get off to a winning start in a fixture the Saints won on this ground last year.

Everton vs. Manchester City

Manchester City’s unstoppable winning train’s next stop is at Goodison Park when Everton host the run-away leaders and champions in the waiting. Can Sam Allardyce have a trick or two up his sleeves as he welcomes Pep Guardiola to a ground where he was embarrassed at the start of last year?
Sergio Aguero should be fit for the match after missing the international break with Argentina due to a knee injury. Cenk Tosun is in great form and we can’t rule against the Turk netting a fifth goal in four games, but we see Manchester City strolling comfortably to a 27th league win of the season.

Arsenal vs. Stoke City

Venue: Emirates Stadium
Arsenal are expected to stroll to an easy home win against Stoke City at the Emirates Stadium on Easter Sunday’s first game. The Gunners are apparently condemned to finish in sixth-place as they trail Chelsea in fifth by eight points, and are five points ahead of closet rivals Burnley.
The Potters on the other hand, are a spot from the bottom, and winless in their last five games. That wretched run of form shouldn’t change as we predict a comfortable home win for Arsenal.

Chelsea vs. Tottenham Hotspur
Date: 1/4/18
Time: 5:00pm
Venue: Stamford Bridge
The weekend fixtures rounds off with an all-important fourth-place clash between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge.
The champions are fifth on the log and have to close the five point’s gap against Spurs, occupants of the last UEFA Champions League spot. Chelsea might have performed below expectations this season, but we expect the Blues to complete the double over Spurs and cut the gap to two points.
Prediction: 2-1
