An eyewitness said that Late Mr. Oguejiofor, a businessman, who resides in Onitsha, visited home as his family members were living in the village and on this occasion, he visited as the family has a marriage feast, not knowing that his life will be cut short by his own blood.

According to the wife of the decease, Mrs. Josephine Oguejiofor who survived being stabbed to death said the suspect-son has since Friday been demanding money from her and his father and their inability to give him the money immediately turned into a sad event.

The twenty seven year old Ifeanyi Oguejiofor, who upon killing his father, went to a shrine in front of his father’s house and splashed the blood on the deity, has been arrested by the police and investigation into the matter has commenced.
